I highly recommend Arthur's Prime Steakhouse. Hands down the nicest restaurant in Little Rock.
I prefer Sonny Willams to Arthurs but both are very good steak houses. 111 at the Captal Hotel is great. One of my favortes is Brave New Restaurant. There are a lot of great sushi places. Sushi Cafe is very good but Kemuri is probably a little better. I have never eaten at the Pantry but have heard rave reviews.
I am going to have to take another direction here. Arthurs over Sunny's- but neither do much beyond grilling big beef. Not that I do not love a great steak- but orgasm food needs a little more subtlety and panache. So a few more subtle suggestions:
  • Table 28 has a wider and more crafted menu- with some very exotic seafood choices.
  • 111 at the Capital Hotel is a little stuffy as a place to be- but they have probably the best wine list in town. Last night I had Oyster's Rockefeller, venison sausage and grilled sea bass.
  • Cache has a little more adventure in the menu than 111- and they are VERY proud of their place- so it is very pricy- but they have great execution and a seriously sensuous menu. Foie Gras or Sashimi in the starters- both perfectly executed. Grilled Quail and steak tartare also good starters for the libido. Lamb Loin and Duck Confit are my faves on the mains.
  • In WLR- the Del Frisco Grill can provide a great steak- but they also do a great job with things like a seared tuna loin salad. Very sensual and will not sit like a rock on your system after dinner when it is time to spread the orgasm joy form your mouth to the rest of you.
Lie I said- I like a good steak. Usually save that for Peter Lugar's or Keens in NYC though.

Sonny Williams is great, too... I’ve been many times.

I also love the Faded Rose. It’s more of a casual atmosphere, but their food is fantastic. I especially love their crawfish étouffée!
For my money, (And I know this is varies from person to person.) it's Arthur's over Sonny Williams

If you are looking for something with a bit more variety, try The Red Door. From Cuban grilled pork tenderloin to lasagna, this place has something for everyone.
Another place that doesn’t carry the name and reputation that Sonny’s or Arthur’s is the “”Faded Rose”. They make a mean ribeye that has a creole twist to it. Fairly small out of the way place that has fantastic food.

Agree with Mzungu, Table 28 is amazing, 111 is probably my favorite restaurant. As far as new steakhouse, you might want to give Buenos Arie grill and cafe. Casual and really good food.

I’m not sure if “brave new restaurant” is still around, but it was always great
