...was it a complete refusal? Partial refusal (i.e., conversation w/ cop, stupid human tricks, and then refusal)? Bexar County is a no-refusal county, meaning there's a magistrate ready to issue a warrant for your blood 24/7. That said, there are times when said warrant it unobtainable/not timely granted and the evanescent nature of alcohol makes a subsequent draw absurd.
