When you see a provider in 2 different states.

Back when I lived in Texas, a provider had a set rate in that state...


Then we coincidentally both end up living in Las Vegas, the rate is double even though I was a previous client.


INTERESTING...
Anyone else run into this ?

It's a higher cost of living there and if other clients are paying those rates then it is what it is.
It's actually cheaper to live in LV than it was in Houston.

Different cities have different standards of rate. She certainly shouldn't make less than she's capable of here just because she used to charge differently in Houston. Be happy for her success! <3

I always thought it’s fair to grandfather someone in for the original rate you saw them at. Especially if they continue to see you. Makes more sense.

Yep, It makes more sense to grandfather rates, cuz in the long run its what make mongers come back and turn em into regulars
