I've found plenty of options starting around $200 flight. As long as you avoid the busy business travel days (Monday & Friday), you can usually find a reasonable option 3-4 weeks ahead of time.

I'm going back and found a Sunday - Tuesday flight for $175

I flown down there for between $120 - $150 round trip on Spirit Airlines. I actually was window shopping the promotional emails and could have gotten round trip for $94 with promo code.
