KEGEL EXERCISES

Today I had a thought about KEGEL exercises and the thought crossed my mind.. How many of the ladies do KEGELS? I've been with a couple ladies in my life time that practiced KEGELS. I must say they were both awesome experiences. They had GREAT control and squirting capabilities. Please share your thoughts and your experiences.

Yes it does! A lady that does kegels is AWESOME in the sack from my experience. Kegels keeps everything tight and she seems to have more squeeze control.

I had a Great kegel experience with Barbie Doll she is an Awesome Lady and pleasant to be with.
