i was just curious.... I know guys can write reviews and we cant see or comment on them but what about when someone writes a bad review, are we not allowed to politely and respectfully write our side to the story, because there are two sides, or does it even matter? i mean i know 32/35 are still pretty good odds but i like having a good reputation and would like to keep it that way. just didnt know how that worked. thanks guys.
