Last time I went recently I had the same experience with what seemed to be new staff and management. Do it yourself was ok for a while back when that was the norm and that was the best you could expect to get in the area but for a good while they were more accommodating and relaxed about giving you a better experience. Now that Benton has a couple options you might as well make the drive there.
