I have drunk drivers having to pay MADD when get charge, I some what ok with a speeding ticket to state but having to pay a NPO.

I also know a guy was charge with not renting blacks he had to pay the NACP 45K.

It seem reduced that NPO get to govern and people get falsely accause if stuff ever day.
