Private residence incall locations or hotel incall locations?

Which is the best for you and why? I just got a private residence in Dallas and was wondering what the difference was for you guys? Is location key for you? Safety? Upscale or moderate or what?

* safety and discretion is pretty high on my list.
* then a pleasant & inviting environment (pls - no mess and stinky smells!! a tidy place is nicer, imho. i went to see one provider whose house was her funky art studio. was prepared for that. but just wasnt prepared for the horrible stench of cat piss :^{ !!!!!)

can be swanky, mid-scale even basic. but nice, neat & clean!

safety and discretion are important.. I don't expect a lot of cleanliness of the place, I'm there to lick you, not the floor.

prefer your own place, just because I'm less likely to be set up by a Pimp, you have more to lose, etc.. that's a theoretical concern, I've rarely been in a Provider's real residence, but haven't encountered motel issues.. but I don't do motels after dark, either.
Ditto ^

Safety
Discretion

A provider we a private residence incall moves to the front of my line. It's more personable. I've picked the hobby to be selective because I can. To me eats like select a nice place to eat. I can get fast food all day. So a provider that meets the physical criterias with a private incall is a bonus!!! BTW looks like I need to visit you soon ✅ass ✅huge boobs ✅private res incall

Well I have been apprehensive about my new place which is downtown by the Ross Tower...My building has upgraded security, nobody can just walk in and do as you please. I have to meet you and let you in, as well as sign you in with the desk, plus the elevator won't work if you don't have a key fob... I'm now only going to accept one or two lovely guys a day because of this. Am I worrying for nothing or did I pick a good place??

I just sign my name and apt# and the guests id goes into my mail slot until they return to pick up the ID and leave. Nothing more. In my building there's some high profile Tenants and for safety reasons they do it this way. I've had a few (2) clients come and have had no problems with this and was happy with the complete security aspect of it...

Just was curious what everyone else thought...

in my hobby opinion, that's too much security for me.
i'd rather just walk into the apt complex or a home - going thru security gate is okay.

but having to stop at a security desk & chk in (even if the provider is doing all the paperwork) can be akward - not very discreet for you or your clients.

but you do what you gotta do.

Yes,well they just stand next to me and I do it all.... Well I'd rather have extra security than not enough...hence why I have become a low volume provider

You had me right up until RWI. Its nothing against you, but that is a cardinal rule I will not compromise.

I don't even take my ID in with me. No wallet, phone, jewelry, extra money, etc. I damn sure wouldn't leave my ID with someone, even if I was visiting my mom for lunch. That's some rent-a-cop bullshit.

It's because of the police shooting that happened as well as 2 judges and some attorney live in the top floors ....on weekend nights I've gotten a way around the id situation but only when he's working (a particular guard) is the best I can do guys.... The added security makes me feel better on top of the fact nobody would act a fool with these security measures ....
