I was reading an article with that title and had to laugh. Once I got to the 1st line I realized it was about the use of licensed radio spectrum for flying drones not johns/hoes I began to think. What did happen to the FCC (Felatio, cuninglingus, and copulation) there is another "F" for finances but it's silent pun intended.
