Opening an Office

I am looking to open an office that I can work out of, and I need a little feedback about if it is worth my time and money to invest~
The office will be in a one bedroom apt..rent $320 month, all electric I pay, but water is payed.
Plus extra $ to furnish.

Men Do you prefer to visit ladies at their dungeon or would you like her to visit you..?
Depends on what you offer.

If it is regular escort services, I prefer an outcall w/o exception.

However, if it is LMT, then maybe an incall should be the choice. I visited with a LMT who said that an outcall to a hotel was too hard on her back and she couldn't provide the service w/o her own table.

And, if you are offering dungeon services, maybe incall is the way to go. Especially if you have a lot of specialized equipment. You don't want to get in the habit of carting it around, for a number of reasons.

Just my .02.
Girl! ! ! Get you your own dungeon! I'm so jealous. I've been looking at two bedrooms. One BEDroom / one dungeonroom.

I have seen onebdrm dungeons made out of closets - a walk in closet w/shelves etc taken out& another where an entire 10-12 foot wall o' closet was utilized. But I've been looking for a house instead of an apartment.

I think the guys prefer a "home-type' vibe in an incall? Y'all correct me if I'm wrong? Makes more sense to rent and furnish rather than rent a hotel room permanently (like I do). I just don't want a lease, utilities, etc ...all in my name/company name. Plus, I like the transient neighbors. With my luck, I'd rent next to an 80 yr old that sits at the window with binoculars all day!

I hate dragging some of my stuff to outcalls. Especially outcall hotels. I've left important buckles, clasps, ropes, brought the wrong stuff because I received the wrong measurements, brought too much / too little, just 'wrong' ......Ugh. One reason I keep a permanent incall is so I'm not dragging all that stuff around all the time.

Hmmmm.....maybe I oughta get one of those 70 style custom vans? Just pay a monthly parking fee? An "incall on wheels"?

I'll second what Babee wrote and stated. I have an "incall" which is a nice townhome and I also will work out of my house. For years I did use a series of hotels and that is fine, but overall men just really like a home atmosphere.

I do believe, though, that they prefer a location that is overall "safe" in terms of being seen or noticed by either hotel staff or neighbors. If this apartment seems a little bit private and you don't believe that neighbors will complain about traffic or be more than the average "Nosy Parker", then get the apartment, for sure!!!

And an area for your enema stuff and the other things that you do? With NOT having to drag the stuff around? Oh wow. Priceless!

Good luck and let us know how it goes!

Sincerely,
Elisabeth

I just read "retired" under your avatar. If you're going to be retired or exceptionally low volume, then you do need to weigh if paying the rent and the utilities is overall worth it as opposed to just getting a hotel room off of priceline.com, etc., when you have the occasional appointment.

And of course, we can't decide that for you but if you have at least an appointment a week, that should cover the cost of your additional housing, I believe.

Again, good luck!

I like a apartment type of in-call... but the noise level can get out of hand so to speak... but it is much better than a hotel. Always worried at hotel if the next door person would call the front desk...
