Safety in Vegas

I'm headed to Vegas mid-October and have started researching encounter reports etc.... One thing I'm noticing is a lot of BBFS. I'm not used to that being standard in the DFW area. As someone who is pretty health conscious (despite my hobby interest) I'm wondering if anyone has had issues with providers in the area (in general)?

Assume every provider you play with is barebacking someone and protect yourself accordingly.
