Escorts.biz is good (a lot of their templates look similar to a lot of templates used on Cuties-Tools imo), I use EscortsDesign currently but might be changing to Escorts.biz, some ladies like Wix and of course giving a +1 to Kitty's suggestion you can also look into creating a site on WP.
