Ads- Hot & Not

I'm creating ads after almost a year on light advertising & find myself wondering, ECCIE guys & gals...what do you find Hot & Not when it comes to provider ads?
Got some pms. I wasn't thinking just for me though, in general.
I just like it when a woman describes how she's different.. I don't need raunchy photos, or explicit activities defined..
Eccie ads I gloss over have the same elements of non hobby ads:

1. Difficult to read (multiple crazy fonts and crazy colors...especially The fluorescent variety)
2. Large paragraphs
3. Too vague/general and not enough detail
4. Too detailed...Over explained & Repetitive

I like to know 3 things in a provider ad:

1. Days of availability - if a traveling girl, what days they'll be available in KC for dates and if local, days/times of day they are generally available
2. Rates (easier and therefore more welcomed in ad vs. having to research in Showcases/reviews
3. Type of provider so I know who to reach out to considering what I'm looking for at the time... Young fun 20-something spinner? 30-something courtesan? Mature Milf? GFE? PSE?

Photos in ad is preferable but lack of is not an automatic look over for me. If all above are checked, my interest is piqued to research further if I've not seen the provider before.
Hot - recent pics - and risqué enough that I get excited to see you
Not - old pics - and so vague that I have no clue who will answer the door

Hot - copy that indicates what may or 'may not' happen during our time together - truth
Not - copy that states things like GFE, then cbj and no daty are disclosed 'during' - bat-n-switch
I tend to like the simple ads. Tell me dates, rates, menu, then maybe a pic or two, and a little joke or two isn't bad.

KISS principle.
I keep it simple. No flashing empties for this lady. Brief description, paragraph of something hot, specifics, done.
Did not know we could put rates in our ads. Good to know.
What about headlines? Do those have to be catchy?
Can i copy and paste one from some random hot chick from LA? Lol

I agree with Bilbobaggin, keep it simple. Dates, rates, menu (in particular cbj or bbbj), one full body recent photo, one full body photo from behind, one face photo (if not shown on the full body frontal photo.
Subtlety
Simplicity
Classy
Informative

I want to get a sense of your personality along with the more obvious physical things. If you don't convince me that t=you are fun to be with over a cup of coffee I will likely never get to the point I look at the photos.

I find the information about yourself necessary; neither Hot or not. The pics...now I like to see your body, maybe legs and high heels. Stockings...definitely. Stockings are Hot. Selfies. Selfies are good. You don't have to spend money on professional photo shoot unless you planned on doing it anyway.

Keep your tongue in your mouth. Do not find that sexy or hot. Looks really stupid when providers do it. Adds absolutely zero sex appeal, IMHO.
Hot- I believe in keeping it simple, I have a greeting, my rates and availability, preferred method of contact and usually throw up a pic.

Not- I don't do the kiddy headlines. I don't offer discounts.

I like to mix it up..
After 6 years... boring repulses me a bit

I like a lot of the ads, but the things I don't like are:
1. duck lips
2. gang signs
3. pictures showing trashy rooms in the background
