Gents - How Much Screening Do You Do?

I was just perusing the alerts section and seeing how it goes both ways.

Ladies posting alerts on gents: these situations almost always happen because she did not properly screen him.

But after reading a few by the gents about ladies, it made me wonder, gents, how much screening or verification do you when you want to see someone new?

Do you just see a bp ad and go for it, or will you only see ladies who are on here, or other review sites, who have websites and can be properly verified?

I'm not adventurous/insane enough to call up a completely unknown BP gal. I REQUIRE 3 or 4 reviews from people I don't know, or a single review from a reviewer I trust.

Hats off to you guys with the balls to do that, though.

I've seen ladies who are not on eccie or p411, but the information about them was still gathered here. At least enough to ensure myself 1) not LE and 2) she is who she represents she is (not bait/switch, non gfe, etc).

That doesn't ensure me of a great session, but I'm okay with those chances as long as it isn't the law or a thug named Buster when the door swings open. lol

She may be active and highly reviewed on this forum but with out a P411 ID... I will not attempt to schedule.

Interesting.....I've noticed that now P411 seems to be regarded as the holy grail when screening comes into question.

I have asked gents for references, only to have them respond with their ID's instead of what I ask for.

I used to be on P411, but am no longer, for several reasons. Even if a site or method seems safe or completely reliable, it is my opinion (based off personal experiences over 6+ years of providing) that no single form of screening should ever be regarded as fail safe....but again, that is just my opinion on the matter.

Far more now than I ever did at the beginning. You have to read like 10 reviews just to find one by a lurker who gives honest feedback on looks, attitude, and TCB skills.

I read reviews if they are on here. If I'm going for a bp girl I run her number. I check to see if she has multiple ads going back for a bit. Sometimes I post an ISO first and see if I can get some help with info.

Get a day job at Starbucks, run your ads, screen at Starbucks.

Once you get your base clientele, give Starbucks 2 weeks notice.

Rinse and repeat as needed ( different Starbucks locations)

I use p411 mostly. Stay off BP. Check for ncns. And avoid the loudmouth nut jobs like Dorthy Monroe. Seems to work pretty good.

I see no one new until a dude I am familiar with posts a review.

Good to know you guys vet us as much as we do you. Not all of course, but I guess it will always be that way.

I just find it really difficult to keep my mouth shut when I read alerts. With the internet and information sharing at our fingertips, it seems ludicrous to me that people out there (both ladies and gents) are still getting busted or running into bad situations. Ah, well, it's their problem I guess!

Research here on ECIE is how I screen. The Hobby world is full of flakes and worse on both sides of the PFP transaction. Why would I go to the grab-bag tcrap-shoot hat is back page?
