Suggestion that Hollywood do some diversity hires

Of the 7,000 voting Academy members only less than 5% are black or hispanic so what does a business get forced to do to appease government standards??? Why they are forced to hire unqualified, unneeded workers called diversity hires in order to not run afoul of the law. So in the next three years the Academy should bring on board (how? I don't care?) about 2,000 more people of color even if they have to hire fresh out of college students and two thirds of them must be female to set sexual preferences hiring standards. So that is what it will take to bring Hollywood up to modern, government standards.

Don't worry Hollywood, you don't have to play them, you just have to hire them.
