hmm.. so high profile.. office at 5th avenue, in business since 1977.. obvious name.

I'm surprised they weren't busted 15 years ago.

It is something to be concerned about. The Department of Homeland Security is busy and if they were investigating Rentboy, they are investigating every other site too. I think this is just the beginning.

Then, last year, redbook.com HUGE site for California.

Several years back bigdoggie.com was busted. They're back in business.

But I agree that this is the beginning. With the Ashley Madison hack, people involved with the demimonde are always going to be targets. Now, people in sex work are victims of the new witch hunt going on that includes trafficking, etc.

Just my thoughts.

Warmly,
Elisabeth

Sounds like violation of free speech to me.

Can they prove that money for sex ever took place between two consenting adults?

It's legal to give anyone your money for any reason you see fit.

It's legal for consenting adults to engage in sexual activities with each other.

Can anyone name any two other things that are legal by themselves but 'illegal' together??

So while useless Homeland Security chases hookers terrorist are free to plot and plan the next mass killing!
Shouldn't the local or state police be the ones chasing hookers?

That is why neither party should even mention money in communication or while together and the donation is in an envelope placed on the counter, not touched or opened by the provider while the hobbyist is there.

Maybe once the push to decriminalize a certain medical herb is done, maybe the same can happen for pay to play.
And the courts threw out the charges for SWC. Still ruined his life but no criminal charges. It also appears its the owners, not the providers have been the main targets

If two people go into a room, start having sex and one leaves money behind, your going to get convicted. You would have to show the money was for some other legal service. That is how SD/SB get around prostitution laws.

I can drink a soda, water, juice, etc, while driving. That's legal.

This website is fictitious. No one here really does anything. All reviews are just for giggles. The acts with women mentioned in the reviews are just imagined. We all really don't exist. Just telling good stories.
