I've only tried it one time. It was not Mexico City, but a small town along the border so selection was VERY limited. Many profiles you could easily tell were fake, but the one I contacted and met with was the real deal. She was not a 9 or 10 in her early 20s though, more like a 7 in her late 30s/ early 40s. Well worth it though.
