Real Boobs vs Man Mades-Which Do You Prefer?

Hi everybody,

Tomorrow I am going to a consult with a great plastic surgeon here in Dallas to talk about, and hopefully schedule my breast augmentation (boob job). I have gotten different reactions from my clients, some think its great, others think I should stay just the way I am.

So what do you guys think? Are fake breasts the way to go or do you prefer all natural? I am not talking about some hideous Mexican backstreet boob job, I'm talking about the real deal silicone UTM DD's.

Ladies, if you have had your breasts done and they look great, can you tell me who did them? Is there anyone I should avoid? How much has it improved your business?

I prefer all natural.

Natural C's are nothing to sneeze at. You have great looking tits now based on your photos. Though its hard to tell how well they really look at different angles and positions in photos. Well done MM's with the newer silicone gel can be really close to natural. If your going to do it, do it for you. My feeling is, for most guys, great natural will beat most of the MM out there. many guys don't really care as long as they are good, and a few actualy prefer MM's.

Go with what makes you feel best. You will be happer in the long run.

I prefer all natural, and it does not matter the size, sure, MM breasts may be bigger and/or "fuller" and perhaps look more youthful, since they obviously will not have any sag or droop, but I honestly do not like MM. Sure, they may give you some nice cleavage in a low cut top and what not, but MM breasts do not make you better BCD!

Natural is the way to go.

If you do go MM, bigger is NOT always better. Keep them sized relitive to your frame and rest of your body. The more natural they look on you, the more attractive they will make you look. I read some survey that said, when asked, B cup is actualy the most desired size among men. Porportion is the important thing.

I prefer Natural breasts hands down, there are so many really bad boob jobs. I have seen some natural breasts that needed fixing, and it was not about size. They seemed to have lost their filling to kiddos I guess. Plus if you do go down that road less is more in most cases. It seems many ladies get more then their frame would allow and it looks weird.

They taste exactly the same to me.

Seriously, as wisely listed above, less is more. Do not go Double Ds.

You want man-mades to look as natural as possible and DD's almost don't look natural even when they are real.

All a guy needs is a nice hand full to be happy, bigger is not always better.
If I were designing a girl in a laboratory, I would not give her more than a C cup.

I like the softer gel enhancements myself, they feel more natural & are more appealing. I wouldnt go overboard, as nice coconut or small grapefruit size are my preference. I know a lady who went for the DD's and while they were nice, her boobs were thru the front door before she was. I'll volunteer to massage them for you after you get them ?

When you consider that some guys prefer smaller breasted women and add that group to those that simply dont like MM's...then it would seem that there is
some risk of losing some customers...

That being said, totally agree that if you are doing for YOU then go for it....Just do your research and get a good Doctor to do it right, so as to keep them as realistic as possible....Best of Luck to you...

I'm a confirmed ass man so mosquito bites on a woman's chest are good enough for me.

Saying that. Every gal that I've talked to who's had augmentation say it gave them such outstanding confidence in themselves. And that alone made it worth it to them.

Don't do this for guys or gals. Do it for yourself. If you want to I say go for it!

Thank you all. I will talk to my doc about the size and how to get the most natural feel. I do not want hard fake looking and feeling breast to take away from the experience BCD, but I really think that being confident and happy with my body will add a lot to it.

I really do not think I will lose any of my clients. My clients like me for me and will not stop seeing me because I have bigger breasts. LOL.

Right now my breasts are fine...cute which great nipples but I think too small for my long torso. I want a nice pair to give me a true hourglass figure.

I would love to hear from some ladies that have had there's done....
