Premium Access

Will premium access be reinstated to those of us who had it at the time the site went down?

and will those with paid access be credited for the down time?

PA works the same as always. If you feel like you lost PA access during the downtime you need to email web support

how can PA work the same as always when reviews can not be seen?
CryptKicker's Avatar
The reviews are called encounters now and those still garner PA access. The old reviews will most likely stay hidden for some time

Hello I had Premium access prior to the blackout, and now I don't. How can this be reinstated?

um....ALL paid access or premium access days that were encompassed during the blackout should be credited and there should be a notice of this policy. nobody should have to be emailing anybody to secure something already fucking paid for.

I'm just telling you what we've been told

i just looked at my 1 year subscription and i see no adjustments. the end date should be moved back for the amount of time of the blackout. what's it been? 2 months?
CryptKicker's Avatar
Then as previously discussed you need to email web support
joyote's Avatar
how does one “email web support”?
what’s the address? what info needs to be included?

thanks

imo, PA, and eccie in general, are not working same as always

reviews can not be read, so, PA to what?

regional forums are gone, so, where would one post an encounter in, say, NM? when?

the fair thing to do would be credit anyone who had PA access
with the amount of down time + however long it takes to restore those forums
without having to fight for it

Old reviews most likely won't be coming back. At least not anytime soon. Pay for play outside of the ROS is the issue. I understand the frustration but forums are being added back as quickly as they can be fixed. It's not an easy process.
