Have you considered removing the "Title" field, and automatically populating the title for encounters with the name and city? This would make scanning them more user-friendly. Members can still flex their creative writing muscles in the ROS.
Perhaps you could do the same for the provider listings - have then use a template so that they at least include the town they're in. Too often, they don't think to include it.
