Habit or tradition, what are some of the things (or the one thing) you do to fully enjoy Christmas? Myself, every year on Christmas eve I settle in with some hot cocoa, a few Christmas cookies, and watch the 1938 version of "A Christmas Carol".
I usually have Christmas lunch with family or friends, but for dinner I pick up some Chinese food and watch "A Christmas Story." I used to have a Red Ryder bb gun like that when I was a kid, I don't know whatever happened to it.

I host a Christmas Eve lunch for good friends. Same time, date and place for the last 8 years. Today I had 20, plus myself.
Tomorrow, dinner at Katz's.

This year I'm doing home repairs. Hope it doesn't become a habit.

Luckily it wasn't serious. Of course the day isn't over yet.

For the last five or six Christmas holidays I bake a lot of bread. White, wheat, sourdough, pumpernickel, rye.

So, you might say I have been...

Loafing.
