Visiting Tomorrow - Are Masks Mandetory?

Meeting Friends for a few days.
My question is "When you drive,is a mask required"or just in public?

You probably want a mask..Walmart would Not let me in on Friday because I didn't have a mask.

A paper sack would suffice in a pinch.
