A friend is going to be booking my appts for me while I am in school this semester. Someone told me it may be against policy for her to answer my PMs. Is it against policy to allow an appt booker access to my account?

I think if you are discreet about it, it's fine. Many girls do it here and no one ever knows. Didn't you do the same for other girls?
You may not give anyone access to your ECCIE account without prior approval from staff. Let me see what we can do.
May I suggest ask that all requests be made through email? Then you have no need to give out your ECCIE anfo.
