A good personality can make up for a multitude of physical defects. A flawless beauty with a boring personality is not anywhere near as appealing as an average girl with some humor, and genuine enjoyment of the job.
One thing the provider can not fake is personality.
I agree with cog. Nothing spoils the mood like "Golden Pussy" syndrone.
