University Ave. Waterloo and Cedar Falls

Just drove over that street, from Hwy 63, going west to Cedar Falls, Hwy 58. What a mess. When are they going to be done with that. Seems like they've been working on it for years. Makes it really hard to find the AMPs off that road. It has to be ruining a lot of the businesses along there.
