Not meaning to sound like an smart ass, but what is the best way to find out about services and donation? I used to be able to look at old reviews to get an idea but that’s not an option anymore. Is there really a good time to ask before anyone’s time is wasted or someone walks away unsatisfied with services? I’m a newbie so just curious.
