I feel lame!!!

How do I get a cool pic (aka avatar) by my name?

On the opening page on the left you will find a tab titled "USER CP". Click on this tab. Scroll down and under "Settings and Options" on the left side of the page you will see another tab titled "Edit Avatar". Click on this and follow the instructions.
