Password change

I have had many tries at changing my password this afternoon.
I am sending this because I am logged on now, but I have no way to knowing if I will be able to get back on.
A new password was sent to my email
samcock11@gmmail.com.
I entered that PW and was able to get it now, but I do not know if the PW that was sent to me is a permanent PW.
I have tried changing to a simpler PW, but that PW was not accepted.
Is there any way to communicate this problem if I cannot get logged on. The latest PW was bw9mfFVa .

Once you make a change to either your email address or password, you will receive an email. Sometimes, it may go to your spam. Once you receive that email after you make that change, you will have to activate the change you just made. You activate that change by clicking the link in the email you receive after the change. If you don't do that, you will not be able to access your account.
