Our narcissistic president apparently believes that, owing to his charisma, his status as a Citizen of the World, and perhaps his middle name, he can rally Middle East nations with vastly divergent interests into a serious coalition that will do his bidding. On sunday talk shows Obama's Director of NATIONAL SECURITY, Susan Rice claimed a deal with Turkey had been reached regarding use of their air bases for US operations against ISIS....apparently no one told Turkey. The Turkish government quickly bitched slapped Rice down.
Remember Rice is the one who went out on the Benghazi lying tour.
