I wanna upload a hot video to OH2 How??

I had a lot of fun this last week. I’m trying to upload a video of some of my Fun on OH2 says not supported type. Is there a certain kind of video format it needs to be uploaded in ?
I have my updated dates and times on OH2 and I’m excited to get my toes licked or kitty licked but this video things is really bugging me !
