Can moderators correct this?

I was looking back on a review I wrote in November and realized I left out the provider's user ID.

Can this be fixed by a moderator so she gets credit for it?

The number doesn't determine credit for a provider.

We assign the review to her profile with or without the number.

It was assigned.
