Making private comments

So I use the mobile version but can not see a way to make comments private when responding in threads. Can someone please help me

You can highlight the whole statement and then click the private tab.

I use the mobile version as well and when I want to use the private tab I scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on full site and do it from within there

Why do you use mobile version?

The easiest way I have found is to tap on private When it appears on the box below type you comment between the bracket that surrounds the both words that say private
