fawn, do you have flash on your computer? Maybe that's the cause.

Fawn the first time I signed in that is the same thing that happened to me. I logged out and then tried again and it was up.

I do like the chat feature, very nice and easy to use. Only one glitch. I've been in there several times, but always by myself. I still have not figured out how to carry on a chat with myself. Perhaps we need to schedule a chat hour each night where we might actually encounter another member.
