Pic In Rest of the Story?

So how do you post a pic in the Rest of Story in a review?
The review thread does not have the menu for pic like a post New Thread??

what if the picture is on my C: drive - and not on a web site?

You will have to set up an account on one of the image hosting sites and then upload your images. Most of them are free. The two I like are Villagephotos and Fapomatic. They are both free and they do not mind the racier content.
