the carolinas

I've been doing some traveling lately and went to get some info but unless I'm going blind it seems that NC and SC are not in the state categories. I can't help but wonder how such bustling states as these have no forum here but wv and Ohio that seem to be sparsely populated and hard to come by info have their forums but not these states. Is there a reason for this or can we get them added?
