This was actually several months before I'd be coming through, but I wasn't taking any chances.

It's a good thing I didn't wait. Literally weeks before my trip, the BP/ECCIE/Nightshift shutdown happened. Thankfully by this time, with screening complete I had all Heidi's contact information and was able to confirm everything for our visit.

Suffice it to say, that the experience was worth the wait. Details in the ROS.
