Just saw that a 31 year old New Orleans sexworker, a mother of 4, was stabbed to death by a client on Hammond.

Just a reminder that there is a very good reason that providers should screen and get references

I read that article and immediately knew what type of situation it was. Exactly why I usually stick to who I know. Personal choice and helps me feel safer. I hardly meet up with new people these days. It’s getting crazy out here, well been but a little more nowadays, and people thinking FaceTime is a good enough method of screening is Wild.

I realize that established and experienced providers are luckily in much less danger since they have regular clients and are much better at screening. It was just a reminder to us clients that it is imperative that we as clients understand the need for screening.
For providers it’s a matter of life or death !
