So never went the body rub route basically cause I like knowing what I am getting. I guess the worry of paying just for a massage or hand job didn't seem worth it. But I have a really tight back and hammy and am considering it. I'd want a bj for the ending but reading the ads on bp you don't get much of a feeling for what is offered. Is there some lingo or way to find out what's on the menu before going that I am not aware of?
Yes

Generally speaking (with many exceptions, so don't reply telling me I'm wrong, again many, many exceptions) in the absence of reviews to the contrary don't expect a really hot girl to give a great therapeutic massage and don't expect a high quality therapeutic massage to end with a BJ (or FS). You either get a sex worker/adult services provider that give a shitty massage or a good therapeutic massage with no extras.
On the occasions when I really want a massage I just go to a legit massage place and get a good massage and take care of my other needs elsewhere.
I know other guys where the thrill of the hunt is a big part of the whole deal and they spend a lot of money going from massage place to massage place searching for the elusive great massage with services at the end.
The reality is a good massage is a real skill that takes a reasonable amount of training. It also take a great deal of effort to do for 45 minutes or an hour. Many body rub gals just don't have the skills to give more that a cursory rub or the stamina to spend an hour a customer actually rubbing them.
In many areas your best bet for a halfway decent massage and at least a BJ is a Korean AMP. The BJ is a sure thing the massage quality will vary.
oh & btw the way if you have real back problems to begin with having someone that doesn't know what the hell they are doing giving you anything more than light touch is a really good way to make your problems worse...
Generally speaking, atlcomedy speaks the truth. That's why the licensed lady who does extras is continuously sought and when found, treasured and hoarded.
My experience, AMPs do in a pinch.
