Well if I wasn't broken, (not broke) I'd say East Memphis. But under the circumstances you might have better luck on over in the Nashville area. I have watched your post on the Arkansas board for some time and believe you are/would be a lot of fun. Maybe one these days when I go to my farm in south Arkansas I can find a way to lose and hour or 2.

Memphis locations:
240/Poplar seems most prevalent with traveling gals.
Germantown or downtown are also used but I do not consider downtown safe.
Wolfchase area is very nice.
Avoid Sycamore View.
