new guy here. I want to provide input for a lady I saw but can't figure out how. Please advise.

Go to the appropriate Review Forum, Independent, Studio, AMP, etc.
Click on New Review
Fill in the information requested in the form.

There are also some "sticky" threads with info on writing good reviews.
"Stickies" are threads permanently pasted at the top of the review forum first page.
