That's because Ivy is in NYC, look at the TS ads in manhattan. She posted twice today. She posts in dallas every so often just to keep her name relevant, keeping her "feelers" out. She is in her mid 30's

She flies in when her rich client drops 10k on her and flies her into Dallas. That's why she was here for a few weeks a few months ago. You will know she is in town cuz she will start ramping up her ads from once every couple days to 3/4 a day. That's how she works.
