What the hell is wrong with big companies!!!

My payroll department 2 mistakes last month total 475 dollars.

At first I thought no big deal it will be corrected. Called was told 7-10 days(a little annoyed)

Called again we dont have it we sent it here call in 7-10 days.

Called today we sent it back call in 7-10 days.

How is this ok?

And I dont wanna be too irate over the phone cuz Im afraid someone will just loose the paperwork

What if the hobby worked this way. Leave your gift and come back in 7-10 days
Or meet for BCD and Ill send you the gift in 7-10 days.

The hobby is closer to pure free market than most any other exchanges. If corporations were run like the hobby we'd be the free market leader of the world!
