SCAM IN NH

I am in the military and went home when one of my family members passed away. My last night in town I decided I wanted the company of a lady, so I called a girl on backpage. I was crunched for time and didn't know of any ladies in New Hampshire area. I called this ad:

I showed up gave the donation and the girl left the room. I hear the door close. I thought maybe freshening up in the bathroom, when I look around and notice the bathroom is down the hall. I move to the kitchen and look outside. The girl is in the parking lot outside with a seedy looking guy. He then proceeds to come upstairs and enters the apartment. I didn't want any trouble, thankfully I was still clothed. I left and was out my $175 donation. I wanted to call the cops, but what could I say. Please help me report this person or report the ad. I don't want anyone else getting ripped off or worse by this couple of degenerates.
