We have all seen those white oval stickers on the rear window of cars. They may communicate a love of golden retrievers or pit bulls. Some 3 or 4 letter abbreviations somewhat snobbishly refer to a particular elite neighborhood or subdivision. This morning I pulled up behind a newer Honda Odessey with Johnson County license plates. In the rear window was the oval: “PSE.”
