I lady who posts on Eros.com told me that an Escort offers only her time for compensation and anything that happens between two consenting adults is without compensation but that a hooker offers a GFE service for compensation.

It was fascinating. They told me that streetwalker was cool with them, because...they literally walk on the street. They also said hooker, whore, or working girl was completely fine. They thought "escort" was funny because they said "where are we escorting guys to...that alley over there?" A couple said "Call Girl" was sort of cute and worked because they do have guys who call them up.

BUT, this is what I found interesting, they all didn't like Prostitute because they said it implied they had gotten arrested because people don't get arrested for hooking, or being a whore. They get arrested for prostitution.

Honestly, that made sense to me. Always good to hear different viewpoints and learn something new.
