I actually try my best to get back with everyone. The people I feel bad for are the ones who don't speak English. I know they have a very hard time getting something scheduled, if they ever do.
As far as looks goes, most of us gals don't use looks as a factor. But I'm probably biased because I've always liked men much older than me. A warm smile goes a long way
