Luna is my ATF. I never had any problems with her, from the very first visit to the last time I got to see her. I'm sure there has to be a good reason things happened how they did. She is great provider.

BigJae, did you contact Luna and receive a response with session length, exact physical address to show up to, and specific appointment time locked in? Did YOU reply back to her affirming the arrangements?

This could be a case of miscommunication on both sides.
