I have known a few who done the hcg 1 lost a little another lost alot but started gaining when stopped. I tried hcg last spring but I have low sugar and well I hit the floor after 6 days of 500 cal. Sensa I don't know anything about. The thing with these diets is you loose fast but the minute you stop the weight comes back fast and more.
I would suggest eating healthier, exercise regularly it takes a lil longer but it works and stays off easier. I started out walking and jogging and now up to 4 1/2 to 5 miles a day try to burn at least 700 cal a day.Take cayenne pepper pills helps metobolism boost. Eat untill satisfied push plate away,and eat fruits instead of junk for snacks.
