I've known several providers who wouldn't do anything uncovered (CBJ, and CFS of course), but they loved doing BBSS. It's a great thing when done correctly (IMHO) and dangerous when its not. It is probably 50-50 when it comes to guys really wanting more. Some guys want BBFS and will try at all costs to get it. Some guys will go as far as they can but won't go all the way with BBFS
